		<description>Great blog today Annette.  I couldn&#039;t agree more.  Even as an adult, I struggle to discern the difference between what I need and what I &quot;think&quot; I want simply because I&#039;ve been inundated with marketintg messages.  I don&#039;t have kids, but I know that my neice will try to play me for a sucker by asking for a trip through the McDonald&#039;s drive thru as often as she can because Mom and Dad usually say NO.

As for the Orthodontist, I think it&#039;s funny that Jack actually managed to make it all the way home with the water bottle, magnet, and a toothbrush.  Maybe you should have suggested that the Orthodontist print his marketing materials on a retainer.  Not unlike everyone who every wore braces, Jack surely would have lost that right away!</description>
